The Skilas Kiroro Mountain Lodge

Your Ultimate Japan Mountain Retreat!

The Skilas Japan team is proud to present The Skilas Kiroro Ski Lodge.  Conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Kiroro Ski Resort, the luxurious lodge comprises of 4 bedrooms (with two large semi-double beds) each with their own en-suite bathrooms; a stylish and spacious living room with bar, dining area, TV, fireplace and underfloor heating in winter; an ski entrance hall with ski boot dryers and ski storage; a utility room with washing machine and drying facilities; an outdoor coffee deck and plenty of outdoor space.

Based in Hokkaido’s snowiest valley and in a tranquil setting right beside the Yoichi river, it provides groups of 6 to 10 guests with a comfortable and social environment in which to relax and recount the best moments of the day’s powder adventures.  We are located at the very heart of Japow; it is the perfect place for those seeking the deepest powder skiing experience!

❆ Ideal base for powder skiing tours: right next to Kiroro Resort and with Niseko, Rusutsu, Sapporo Kokusai, Sapporo Teine all within 1 hour drive. Great options for back-country skiing on the doorstep too!

❆ Share your day’s snow-filled adventures with your group in our spacious underfloor-heated lodge lounge: watch your ski exploits on TV, relax in front of the fire, grab a drink from the bar or give your muscles a soak in the nearby onsen.

❆ Perfect for groups of 4-10, featuring 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

❆ During the winter, choose Your Ultimate Japan Ski Tour according to your needs (fully guided expert powder tours, improver guided tours, beginner instructed tours, snow&sightseeing tours…). We take care of you from start to finish!

❆ In the summer, get away from the heat and enjoy Hokkaido’s fresh air & beautiful nature. Go fishing on-site for rainbow trout and other Japanese varieties in our own stretch of the Yoichi river. Head to the hills for some hiking, or to the sea for some fresh seafood. Join our yoga retreats to get away from your busy life and recharge.  Action and adventure, peace and relaxation – your choice.

Yotei, Yoichidake, local trails), water sports (lake and sea nearby for canoeing, SUP, swimming etc), volcanic onsen hot springs (Asari, Akaigawa), fruit picking (Niki), fishingmountain bikingbirdwatching and much more…
